Just wanted to say how totally amazed I am by the quality of the service you're able to offer. This week I've been able to setup a USD savings account in a matter of clicks and have a wire payment showing up in the account within 48 hours for free. The icing on the cake is that your staff are always polite and professional whenever I speak with them on the phone but more importantly, I'm able to get through to them without spending 20 minutes on hold.

Having been a client of Mediterranean Bank these last 2 to 3 years, I am very pleased of using the bank's services for various reasons. The most important issue for me is that the bank employees give me something other banks do not. That is personal attention.
